How long will it take?
The product page of all products will clearly state whether the product is IN STOCK or CUSTOM-MADE.
Rings:
- IN STOCK - our core sizes are in stock and will be shipped within 1-2 working days. If the ring size ordered is not in stock or the item has sold since the website is updated that day, then the ring will be CUSTOM-MADE.
- CUSTOM-MADE - if the ring ordered is not in stock, then it will be custom-made for you and will be shipped within 20 working days (30 working days for items from our Signature Collection). If you need the ring sooner, then please contact us phone or email sales@satyan.co.uk to request an urgent delivery.
Other jewellery:- IN STOCK - the product will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
- CUSTOM-MADE - the product will be shipped within 20 working days, with the exception of items from the Signature Collection which will be shipped within 30 working days.
You will be informed at the earliest opportunity if for any reason we are unable to ship your items within the above timeframe.
How will my ordered product be shipped?
All products will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK for £4.95, which is guaranteed next day delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. All products are fully insured by us up to the point of delivery.
To help fight online fraud, SATYAN Jewellers is proactive in spotting fraudulent transactions. Our checks are essential and completed for each and every transaction to protect your security and that of our business. Therefore, from time to time we may contact you by phone or e-mail to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order. We will endeavour to conduct these additional security checks inside our delivery service level agreement.
